CIRTEX Tubular Fabrics.

Geotextiles.

For over 30 years Cirtex geotextile filters have been used in Europe on sub-surface drainage, well monitoring and de-watering systems to reduce the risk of the ingress of unwanted soil, sand and silt particles.

Only the finest (colloidal) soil particles are allowed to enter the drainage system. These fine soil particles are flushed through the perforated drainage pipe with the water flow while coarser soil particles are stopped at the geotextile and soil interface, reducing the risk of the drainage system or well liner from silting up.

When used in conjunction with corrugated pipes, the knitted geotextile spans the corrugations of the pipe, creating an increased surface area for water flow to enter the system. The durable knit construction is seamless and can be used as a filter envelope to cover various types of perforated drainage materials including Straight Wall and Corrugated HDPE, steel, aluminum and PVC pipes.

Cirtex tubular filters are very easy to apply to slotted and perorated pipes, simply pull the filter over the pipe and stretch to fit.

Cirtex geotextiles are chemical resistant and manufactured to fit pipe sizes 40mm to 300mm diameter and up to 200 metres in length.
